Emily Leinbach serves as Director of Marketing for Keystone Strategy, where she is responsible for all client and talent branding initiatives and supports business development and sales enablement efforts for the firm.
She previously led marketing efforts as the Head of Marketing for The Bowdoin Group, an executive search firm headquartered in Boston serving the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors based. There, she was responsible for developing and managing the firm’s content strategy, demand generation efforts, talent brand, and strategic partnership relations.
Prior to The Bowdoin Group, Emily worked at Progress Partners as the Head of Marketing. There, she oversaw all marketing activities, including press releases, public relations, site management and development, email marketing, event coordination, and corporate communications, working closely with the executive team to drive increased brand awareness and business development. She also supported HR and recruiting efforts, including the firm’s internship program.
Prior to joining Progress Partners, Emily worked for AllModern.com, a lifestyle brand of Wayfair LLC, specializing in category and supplier management. She graduated magna cum laude from Hamilton College with a B.A. in Psychology with honors. In her free time, Emily volunteers for Boston’s Read to a Child program and serves as a co-chair for Raising A Reader MA’s Emerging Leaders Board.
