Lauren is the Director of Compensation based in the New York office and joined Keystone in 2022. She graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Industrial Labor Relations. Prior to Keystone, Lauren worked as a compensation professional at Compass and Neuberger Berman. She also worked as a performance and rewards consultant at Segal.
