David Borrego

David joined Keystone as a Technologist III in June 2023. His prior experience in the defense contracting industry includes radar and surface-to-air missile threat analysis, performance modeling, and mission planning. David also has years of experience providing clients with IP litigation support services including infringement analysis and rebuttal, technical documentation and source code review, account management, and business development. He enjoys learning new technologies and breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand bite sized pieces of information. David holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Outside of work, David enjoys Texas BBQ, watching pro sports, traveling the world, and investing/personal finance. David recently relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas where he lives with his wife, Jackie, and 9 year old Boston Terrier, Otis.
