Jim Robson

Jim is an Engagement Manager in the Seattle office. He holds a J.D. and H.B.A. from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Keystone, Jim worked as an antitrust and foreign investment lawyer in Toronto, with mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies forming a major part of his practice. He is interested in the unique competition considerations that arise in the technology industry.

Jim’s other interests include cycling, basketball, and reading. He is passionate about ice hockey and expects great things from the Seattle Kraken.
