Mark Niremberg

Mark joined Keystone in 2022 and is a Consultant II in the New York office. Prior to Keystone, Mark was a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young in the financial services transfer pricing practice. His experience includes advising banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and other large multinationals on a wide range of transfer pricing matters, including large global TP documentation, intercompany financing arrangements, APAs, and controversy.

Mark also specializes in designing complex valuation models, incorporating thorough research on economic, industry, and market trends. Outside of work, Mark enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and searching for a good book.
