Pauric O'Callaghan

Pauric is a seasoned product designer who blends engineering insight with design vision to deliver intuitive solutions for complex workflows. His background is in technical computing, systems simulation, cloud infrastructure observability and cybersecurity. He has contributed to building and scaling advanced data protection and resiliency platforms Elastio, cloud cost management dashboards at Grafana and visual IDE's for scientists and engineers at MathWorks.

He is passionate about scaling design culture in growth environments, mentoring peers on UI design practices, and connecting the dots between user needs and business goals.
