Greshma currently serves as Director, HR Business Partner at Keystone AI, where she leads strategic people initiatives that align talent, culture, and organizational goals. She partners closely with the leadership team to drive workforce planning, leadership development, and change management across the organization.

Greshma is a seasoned Human Resources Strategy Leader and Organizational Development Expert with extensive experience in the tech industry. She has supported tech organizations including Amazon, Unity, and Aditi Consulting by developing HR strategies and fostering productive relationships between senior leadership and employees. Greshma has successfully led change management initiatives to drive organizational and people effectiveness. Her expertise also spans full-cycle recruitment and entrepreneurship within the not-for-profit sector, where she has delivered impactful HR solutions. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and a B.Sc. in Computer Science, both from Osmania University in India.

With over a decade of experience partnering with senior leaders across AI, gaming, and e-commerce industries, Greshma has helped align business objectives with transformative people strategies. She leads through transformation and has successfully facilitated and operationalized workforce transitions and reduction-in-force processes with empathy and business alignment, maintaining organizational stability and trust. She has demonstrated strong global talent and culture stewardship by partnering with teams across multiple countries to implement inclusive people practices, advance DEI goals, and create a high-performing, collaborative culture. Outside of work, Greshma loves traveling, discovering new cities, learning different languages, and binge-watching Korean dramas.
