Marilyn McDonald

Marilyn McDonald is a visionary digital leader with a deep commitment to using technology for good. With over two decades of experience driving digital transformation at global organizations like Moderna, Mastercard, and Amazon, Marilyn brings a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a people-first mindset to every initiative she leads. She has built and revitalized high-performing, inclusive teams, delivered impactful customer-centric solutions, and led innovation efforts that leverage emerging technologies such as generative AI. 


A lifelong animal lover, Marilyn brings the same passion and dedication to her volunteer work as she does to her professional life. As a board member at Last Hope K9 Rescue, she combines her leadership experience with her deep compassion for animals to support the organization’s mission of saving and rehoming at-risk dogs. She has also served on the Product Standards Board for General Assembly, as the Treasurer for Magic Box Productions, she is a 2022 Fellow at the Economic Club of NY and on the STEM Committee for NAF. 
Whether driving enterprise-scale change or serving grassroots initiatives, Marilyn is guided by a core belief: that technology can and should be a force for positive, inclusive, and sustainable change.
