Brad Miller

Brad serves as President of CoreAI at Keystone, where he leads strategy, product development, and business operations for the firm’s flagship Deep Enterprise™ AI platform. In this role, Brad oversees a cross-functional team spanning science, engineering, forecasting, supply chain optimization, change management, and go-to-market—unified around CoreAI’s mission to become the scientific decision engine for the world’s leading enterprises.

With over three decades of experience transforming technical complexity into strategic advantage, Brad brings a proven track record of enterprise-scale innovation. Prior to joining Keystone, he was Chief Information Officer at Moderna, where he led one of the most ambitious AI transformations in healthcare. Recognized by Forbes as one of the world’s top CIOs, Brad embedded real-time AI and advanced analytics across every facet of Moderna’s mRNA research and operations. Under his leadership, the company’s GenAI platform—mChat—earned a 2024 CIO 100 Award, reflecting his commitment to accelerating innovation through technology.

Brad also led Moderna’s commercial technology strategy where he was Keystone CoreAI’s inaugural customer. As a customer, Brad engaged Keystone to co-develop and launch an AI-powered demand forecasting model and intelligent control tower—dramatically improving demand visibility, optimizing last-mile distribution, and delivering measurable gains in operational efficiency and cost performance.

Before Moderna, Brad served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Enterprise Products and Platforms at Capital One, where he built and scaled enterprise-grade services and digital experiences across the organization. He also held senior technology leadership roles at Mastercard (EVP, Operations and Technology) and Citibank (Managing Director, Global Digital and Cloud Technology). Earlier in his career, he spent 17 years in engineering leadership at Amazon and Microsoft, with a focus on next-generation commerce systems, payment infrastructure, and large-scale product innovation.

A frequent speaker on artificial intelligence and digital transformation, Brad has presented at the Fast Company Innovation Festival, HLTH, and other global technology forums. In his free time, Brad enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family and advising emerging technology leaders on how to scale AI responsibly in complex organizations.
