Ana-Maria Glowitz is a Senior Director of Science for Core AI at Keystone, based in the Seattle office. She brings deep expertise in applying machine learning, forecasting, and causal inference to power algorithmic optimization and guide strategic decision-making at scale. Before joining Keystone, Ana-Maria led Growth Data Science and Machine Learning at Stripe, where she managed teams of up to 40 and built foundational systems for product recommendations, account scoring, experimentation, and marketing mix modeling. She co-developed Stripe’s time series forecasting platform, used across the company for planning, target setting, staffing, and anomaly detection. Her work also included launching new revenue metrics, standardizing business performance tracking, and automating Sales territory design with measurable impact. Prior to Stripe, Ana-Maria founded and led the Topline Forecast team at Amazon, delivering automated forecasting systems and insights to support planning and investment decisions across the consumer business and Prime program. She began her career on Amazon’s Core AI team, reporting to the Chief Economist, where she developed predictive models for demand estimation, content acquisition, and causal analysis, including a patented model for Kindle.
Ana-Maria finds balance through early morning runs, which help her clear her head and start the day with energy. On weekends, she enjoys hands-on problem solving, whether it's sewing outdoor cushions for her deck or tackling repairs on her Grand Banks 36 trawler.
