Kortney Ruschen

Kortney joined Keystone in January 2024 as the Seattle Office Manager and Executive Assistant to senior partners. She brings a genuine passion for building connections and fostering a positive and supportive office culture, helping to make the Seattle office a welcoming and efficient space for everyone.

Before joining Keystone, Kortney made an impact in the mental health field as a Program Assistant at the Child Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital and as Program Director at Rem South Central in her hometown of Minnesota. Her commitment to helping others has been a consistent theme throughout her career.

In her free time, Kortney enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting her hometown, and staying active by playing sports.
