Eric Mack

Eric is a Distinguished Technical Product Manager at Keystone in the Seattle office.

Prior to joining Keystone, Eric spent 2 years at Coupang where he was the Executive Director of Supply Chain Management, working on inventory placement and network topology.  Prior to Coupang, Eric spent 23 years at Amazon where he was the Director of Supply Chain Optimization Technologies Strategic Initiatives, working on cross functional programs such as the inclusion of Carbon emissions in supply chain decisions and the incorporation of Amazon Business functional requirements into Amazon’s supply chain.  Additionally, Eric lead the team that executed Amazon’s “Hands off the Wheel” supply chain automation program, increasing automated system adoption rates from 64% to 99% Worldwide.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with his family including his three sons and two Maltese Yorkshire Terriers (“Morkies”), playing piano, skiing, and sailing.
