Overview
Keystone’s first engagements in the early 2000s, analyzing software acquisitions and the threat posed by nascent competitors, set the stage for the emergence of technology as the battleground for competition economics. Since then, Keystone’s capabilities and expertise have been deployed at the forefront of technology competition, spanning initial market evaluation, investigation, expert reports, trial, and policy development.
Most recently, Keystone has welcomed Andrea Coscelli, former head of the CMA, to lead Keystone Europe, which offers Keystone’s triad of technology, economics, and industry expertise to clients in the UK and Europe.
