Zachary Rodriguez

Zachary Rodriguez joined Keystone in 2025 as the Compensation Lead. He oversees compensation strategy and execution, including pay design, equity structures, and incentive planning. Zach partners with leaders across the organization to ensure programs drive growth and reflect Keystone’s culture of fairness and high performance.

Previously, Zach spent nearly four years at Compensia advising technology and life sciences companies on executive and broad-based compensation, guiding more than a dozen organizations through IPO readiness and public company transitions. Earlier in his career, he worked in market research, developing financial models and analyzing the global semiconductor market.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys watching Formula One and mountain biking.
