Zachary Rodriguez
Compensation Lead
Zach is very excited to join Keystone as the Compensation Lead. Over the past four years, he has worked as a compensation consultant, partnering with technology and life sciences companies ranging from pre-IPO startups to Fortune 500s on compensation strategy, equity design, and incentive plans. Before that, he worked in market research, building financial models and analyzing the global semiconductor market.
Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, playing basketball, and keeping up with Formula 1.
