William Nash

Technologist III

William started his career in Intellectual Property in late 2020 as a technology consultant, providing technical analysis to support testifying experts with litigation cases against some of the biggest names in tech (Nvidia, Apple, Google, Facebook). After a few years, he began working as a testifying expert himself, giving pre-trial testimony, deposition, and testifying during trial for clients. In addition to IP, William has been involved in a number of Copyright and Breach of Contract cases over the past few years. Prior to his work in IP, William graduated from Purdue in 2016 with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology, and worked for an upstream O&G consulting firm in Houston as a hardware and software developer.

In his free time, he enjoys fishing, camping, and playing rec league sports.

Education

B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University
