Urmi Mukherjea, PhD

Urmi joined Keystone in 2020 and works as a Sr. Principal in the San Francisco office. As an economist with more than 15 years of experience in litigation support, economic consulting, and research engagements for law firms, corporations, financial institutions, and government agencies, she has advised clients and supported experts in a wide range of securities, tax, valuation, and damages matters. Her fields of expertise include transfer pricing, industrial organization, applied microeconomics, finance, valuation, and econometrics.

Urmi has a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University, and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. Prior to Keystone, Urmi worked at Ankura Consulting as a Managing Director where she advised clients on transfer pricing disputes and helped draft expert testimony in securities class action lawsuits.

In her spare time, Urmi loves to walk her dog and read non-fiction.
