Tommy Jiang

Chief Technical Officer

Tommy is Chief Technology Officer at Keystone AI, where he leads the company’s technology vision, AI architecture, and platform execution. With more than 20 years of experience driving enterprise-scale AI, data, and automation transformations, Tommy brings deep expertise in building production-grade intelligence systems that deliver measurable business impact.

Prior to Keystone AI, Tommy served as VP of Data, AI, and Robotics Platforms at Moderna, where he led the integration of AI, advanced analytics, and machine learning across highly regulated, mission-critical environments. His work helped improve supply chain resilience, accelerate innovation in personalized medicine, and scale AI adoption across research and operations, including the use of LLMs for unstructured data insights.

Before Moderna, Tommy was General Manager of AWS Supply Chain, a cloud-based application launched by AWS CEO Adam Selipsky at the 2022 re:Invent keynote. Leading global product, science, and engineering teams, Tommy grew the organization 10x and delivered AWS Supply Chain from concept to launch in just nine months. The platform unified enterprise data, delivered ML-powered insights, and enabled large-scale optimization, simulation, and decision-making without requiring replatforming.

Earlier at Amazon, Tommy was the single-threaded leader for Amazon Grocery Supply Chain, overseeing one of the world’s most complex multi-echelon networks. His teams built end-to-end forecasting, planning, inventory, replenishment, and labor optimization systems—fully automating daily decisions across sourcing, inventory placement, and supplier integration. His work combined operations research, machine learning, time-series forecasting, and IoT to deliver real-time traceability and visibility at scale.

Tommy began his career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he led major eCommerce and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) transformations, modernizing digital platforms and partner ecosystems to improve customer experience and operational agility.

A frequent industry speaker, including at AWS re:Invent, Tommy is passionate about bridging AI, data, and automation to build scalable, future-proof systems. At Keystone AI, he applies this experience to help enterprises move from data-driven decisions to intelligence-defined operations.
