Taryn Brymn is the Director, Experts in the New York office.
For over 10 years, she has been a trusted advisor and architect of high-impact programs that empower leaders to thrive in the age of disruption. Most recently she led executive programs at Future Forum, a research consortium backed by Slack, Boston Consulting Group, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and MillerKnoll. Using Future Forum’s quarterly research, Taryn turned data into action centered on new ways of working and managing global teams.
Prior to Slack, Taryn was Director of Programs at G100 Network (part of the World 50 Group), where she shaped content and development for global leaders of F500 companies. Earlier in her career, Taryn held roles in nonprofit grant execution and management. Most recently, her work supported the revitalization of world-renowned cultural institutions in New York City at the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone.
She has been a frequent speaker and facilitator sharing insights and best practices on flexible work and organizational effectiveness at SXSW, Georgetown University, Columbia University, the Visier Human Truth podcast, and more. She brings these insights to the McChrystal Group’s clients as a Senior Advisor.
Outside of work, Taryn enjoys travel, live music, following all sports, and spending time with her 5-year-old rescue dog from Aruba.
