Pradyumn Dayal

Pradyumn re-joined Keystone as a Senior Associate in the New York office, having previously worked at Keystone as a summer associate in 2022.

Prior to joining Keystone, he spent two years as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he worked on strategy, due diligence, and post-merger integration engagements for corporate and private equity clients. He worked primarily in the advanced industrials, energy, and software industries. Additionally, Prady has worked in cross-border M&A advisory, venture investing, and economic research. He also founded and ran Move4Migrants, an aid organization that worked to empower Hong Kong’s minority and migrant youth.

Outside of work, Prady enjoys rock climbing, tinkering with wristwatches, and cooking elaborate dishes.
