Max is a Partner in Keystone’s Boston office and co-leads Keystone’s Advanced Technology Services (K.ATS) team of computer scientists, data scientists, and engineers.
Max’s practice focuses on complex technical analyses for high-stakes intellectual property (patent, copyright, trade secret), antitrust and competition, data privacy and compliance, M&A, and business strategy matters. His clients include global law firms, leading technology companies like Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, NVIDIA, IBM, and government agencies.
Max’s expertise spans AI model auditing, large-scale data and statistical analyses, source code forensics, cybersecurity and privacy assessments, and technology valuation. He has worked with technologies across generative AI, recommender systems, SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, networking protocols, distributed systems, gaming engines, search and advertising technologies, and AR/VR.
Before Keystone, Max was a Software Engineer at Raytheon, where he developed a distributed radar toolkit for command-and-control systems. He brings an interdisciplinary perspective to solving complex problems, having studied computer science, data science, and economics.
In his free time, Max enjoys running along the Charles River and playing fetch with his dog.
