Mark Glick

Mark Glick is a Ph.D. economist as well as a J.D. and was a law and economics fellowship student at Columbia Law School. He has taught law and economics and antitrust economics/industrial organization for 40 years at the University of Utah. He has served as an expert witness in numerous cases beginning in 1987. He practiced law for 20 years where his practice was dedicated to preparation of experts, and trial advocacy related to expert testimony. Mark has taught courses in antitrust, intellectual property, and valuation principles at the University of Utah department of economics, law school, and business school. He has testified in federal courts, state courts, and regulatory agencies.

He is the author of numerous articles on calculating damages, a book on intellectual property damages, and numerous articles on antitrust issues that have appeared in the Antitrust Law Journal, Antitrust Magazine, and the Antitrust Bulletin as well as in several law reviews and economics journals.

He has worked with Keystone in various capacities since 2008.
