Kyle Chao

Kyle is a Principal Technology Fellow based in the New York office. His areas of expertise are at the intersections of digital investigations, data privacy, and information security, with diverse experience across numerous industries and geographies. Prior to joining Keystone, Kyle led the AlixPartners Data Forensics group in New York, where he advised clients on privacy program transformations, class actions related to advertising technologies, and regulatory responses to the SEC, FTC, and DOJ. Kyle holds dual degrees in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and Physics from Bard College, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the Hudson Valley, hiking the Alps, and experiencing food cultures around the world.
