Joe is Director of IT based in Keystone’s Bellevue office, bringing extensive leadership experience in technology strategy and executive support.
He has served as a senior IT leader and technical program manager, specializing in workflow optimization, executive technology solutions, and guiding teams through complex troubleshooting.
Joe has authored executive-level summaries and white papers on IT operations and digital transformation and has advised leadership teams on operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys boating, hiking, scuba diving, and camping with family and friends.
