Jacob Carrasco

Jacob joined Keystone in 2024 as a Consultant in the New York office. Prior to Keystone, Jacob spent 3 years at NERA Economic Consulting, where he engaged with competition authorities at the FTC and DOJ in the review of high-profile mergers and acquisitions. Notable deals Jacob worked on include ExxonMobil’s $60B acquisition of Pioneer Natural Resources, Cleveland-Cliffs' attempted acquisition of U.S. Steel, and other cases in the fashion, defense, and technology industries. At Keystone, Jacob is excited to work on impactful projects at the frontier of economics and technology.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys going to the movies, sculpting clay in the pottery studio, and playing with his dog, Coco.
