Gurmehar joined Keystone in December 2025 and currently serves as a Senior Associate in the New York office. He holds an M.A. in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Columbia University, where he focused on econometrics (including machine learning), macroeconomics, and financial economics. He previously worked as a Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow at Columbia Business School, supporting research in asset pricing and macro-finance. Prior to academia, he gained experience in growth strategy and operations strategy consulting. His interests include strategy, litigation, causal inference, economic policy, technology, entrepreneurship, and investing.
Outside of work, he is enthusiastic about history, debate, travel, and sports—particularly tennis, golf, swimming, and fitness. He is also an avid cinephile.
