Grace Yu is a Senior Engagement Manager at the Boston Office. She supports testifying experts in merger and antitrust litigation cases in tech, telecommunications, and other industries. She is also a member of the health tech practice at Keystone, leading knowledge training sessions litigations in the healthcare industry.
Before joining Keystone, she helped clients in high-profile merger and acquisition cases across a variety of industries, including airline, agriculture, healthcare, and consumer products. In those cases, she developed complex economic and econometric models to evaluate the likely price and supply effects of the merger. After that, she spent several years helping clients in litigation cases associated with patent infringement, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Her work there involves assessing the commercial success of a pharmaceutical product and estimating damages consisting of reasonable royalties and/or lost profits.
