Fabio Rueda

Engagement Manager

Fabio is an economist passionate about helping organizations make informed economic and policy decisions. Before joining Keystone, he was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s transfer pricing practice, advising multinational clients across a wide range of industries on matters including valuation of intangibles, credit risk, debt capacity and pricing, business valuations, advance pricing agreements, cost-sharing arrangements, and principal structures. Prior to Deloitte, Fabio earned a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Syracuse University. He also worked on fiscal policy at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC, and earlier in his career, on local policy issues in his native Colombia.

Fabio and his wife, Alexandra, welcomed their daughter Guadalupe (Lupita) in late 2023. Since then, and for the foreseeable future, life outside of work has happily focused on chasing after her and her seemingly endless energy supply.
