Benjamin Mercer

Ben joined Keystone in 2020 to help build a best in class recruiting function to fuel Keystone’s growth. Ben has been leading recruiting for Advisory Services and Operations since 2021. Ben leads a global team that creates and improves recruiting and reporting capabilities that in turn nurtures the firm’s human capital pipeline and uniquely shares Keystone’s story to prospective candidates.

Prior to joining Keystone’s Boston office, Ben’s career as a manager and recruiter in Seattle and San Francisco provided valuable hands-on experience and learning in growing start-up organizations, establishing smart and simple workflows that allow for scale in hiring, the complexity of hiring from anywhere for anywhere in the world, and managing interdisciplinary projects that deliver value for hiring managers and executives.

When not working Ben enjoys spending time with his family on the Cape.
