Barr is a Senior Associate at Keystone’s New York office, where he brings experience at the intersection of strategy, growth, operations, AI enablement, and emerging technology.
He began his career at Boston Consulting Group before joining McKinsey & Company, where he supported client engagements focused on supply chain optimization and operational strategy. Most recently, Barr was a Strategy & Operations Associate at Traba, a venture-backed startup, where he oversaw the full customer lifecycle—from go-to-market execution and new market expansion to core operational functions. He also led the development of internal AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency and drive cross-functional execution.
Barr earned his B.S. in International Business from Northeastern University, with concentrations in Finance and Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He was inducted into the Huntington 100, one of Northeastern’s Societies of Distinction, recognizing students whose achievements reflect the university’s highest ideals of leadership, academic excellence, and impact.
Outside of work, Barr is a dedicated photographer, avid soccer player, and experimental cook. He’s also a two-time founder, passionate about shaping experiences at the intersection of design, technology, AI, and human behavior.
