Andy Gandhi joined Keystone as a Senior Partner to lead our Global Technical Investigations practice. Based in Dubai, he also collaborates across Keystone’s Competition, IP practices and Enterprise AI platform supporting clients across the Middle East and Asia.
With over 25 years of experience, Andy specializes in operational improvement, compliance, global investigations, and litigation advisory. His expertise extends into Generative AI IP disputes, regulatory investigations of major crypto exchanges, and digital transformation. He also has significant experience supporting clients in various global jurisdictions, providing impactful insight into risk activity on inter/intra-country data governance maturity (lineage/mapping/controls), and the compliance of relative jurisdictional money laundering, regulatory and privacy technologies.
Andy is the Founder of Dia Advisory Services, a Dubai and New York-based technology strategy business. Previously, he spent 14 years in leadership roles, serving as Managing Director and Global Leader of Kroll’s Data Insights and Forensics practice and as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal.
A recognized expert in leveraging advanced data solutions for risk and financial challenges, Andy regularly advises clients on compliance and regulatory-driven controls around sanctions, AML, and financial controls, data governance (security and privacy), digital currency regulatory systems and electronically stored information (ESI) governance. He leverages his expertise around the convergence of high-value unstructured and structured data analytic technologies to reduce risk and provide rapid, efficient and meaningful insight for Keystone's clients.
