Agha Mammadov

Economist

Agha is an Economist in the Boston office. He joined Keystone in 2025 after receiving a Ph.D. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University, with a focus on algorithmic game theory. His research explores problems at the intersection of economics and artificial intelligence through analytic, algorithmic, and quantitative approaches. In particular, he focuses on designing fair and efficient mechanisms for resource allocation and matching markets, such as optimizing task distribution in digital platforms and assigning students to schools. At Keystone, Agha applies his skills to tackle cutting-edge challenges across the fields of business, economics, and technology.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and exploring architecture.
