Bram Isgur, a Principal at Keystone, will be featured on a panel at this year’s National Association of Business Economics (NABE) Annual Symposium on Transfer Pricing. This year’s event will be held on July 19-21 in Washington, D.C. and will bring together hundreds of leading professionals in transfer pricing from business, government, and consulting firms.

Bram brings over ten years of expertise in transfer pricing to his work. In July, he will join the panel, “Transfer Pricing Implications of LIBOR’s Demise” to discuss current events in transfer pricing. The end of Interbank Offered Rates (IBORs) has left many tax professionals and advisors wondering what the implications are for intercompany transactions and unsure what risks they face. Bram will share his perspective on replacement of IBORs with alternative rates and what it could mean for multinational taxpayers.

Bram joined Keystone in 2021 to help lead the firm’s Tax & Transfer Pricing practice. He has advised top law firms, multinational companies and banks on matters including tax and regulatory compliance, transfer pricing controversy, antitrust, and securities law. At Keystone, he enjoys the opportunity to partner with leading law firms and academic and business experts to address challenges at the nexus of law, economics, technology, and finance.
