Keystone today announced the appointment of Aarif Nakhooda as CFO of CoreAI and Customer Success effective immediately. With a 20-year track record of leadership in the tech sector, he brings a wealth of expertise in global finance and AI implementation to Keystone’s growing roster of Fortune 500 clients.

Nakhooda brings firsthand experience in driving ROI through managing AI investments and implementations throughout the enterprise. His experience includes forecasting with predictive analytics, assessing risks in real-time, and improving decision-making across investment strategies looking at both short-term and long-term economics. His background will enhance Keystone’s CoreAI practice providing cutting-edge AI and investment frameworks to clients.

Nakhooda has over 20 years of experience in C-level financial oversight and management roles including eight years at Amazon where he held several senior positions. Mr. Nakhooda was CFO of Amazon Singapore Retail leading the launch of Amazon’s first retail presence in Southeast Asia. As head of finance WW Amazon Prime, reporting directly to Amazon’s current chief financial officer, his remit included global program pricing and profitability, marketing, customer insights, program benefits and delivery programs for Amazon Prime. More recently, he was CFO of Artica Inc and was CFO of Helio Genomics, an AI-driven healthcare company where he continues to serve on their Board of Directors.

Starting in 2023, Keystone has made a number of senior executive appointments to its CoreAI team, including Devesh Mishra as President, as well as a series of economists and data scientists led by Patrick Bajari, former Chief Economist of Amazon, who joined Keystone last year as CoreAI’s Chief Economist and Managing Director. Aarif worked closely with both executives at Amazon. The new hires bring deep expertise in applying econometrics, machine learning and data science to address the largest business challenges Keystone’s Fortune 500 clients have.

Greg Richards, CEO and co-founder of Keystone, stated, “We are thrilled to welcome Aarif to the team. As our clients invest billions to compete in the age of AI, no one is better at guiding those investments than Aarif. His expertise and global perspective will undoubtedly drive our continued success in delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive long term profitability for our clients.”
